“Laura helped us sell our Noe Valley home in November of 2019. After interviewing a few different realtors, we chose Laura because of her knowledge of the neighborhood. Specifically, as we were going through comps, it was clear that she knew all of the recently sold homes by direct experience: she had visited many of them and knew their history – which ones had material quirks that didn’t show up in the photos, etc. I also appreciated her manner: steady, pragmatic, can-do, human. Selling the home was emotional to me and that was exactly the help I was looking for.
I wanted to sell the house before the holidays, so a lot of things needed to happen quickly. There were countless small repairs that her team took care of efficiently, in terms of both time and money.
