Real Estate Resources
helpful reference for buyers and sellers

Here are some useful resources to help educate you about buying and selling real estate in San Francisco. If you are looking for a resource that is not included below, please contact me.  I look forward to assisting you.

Laura's Business Directory - I have compiled a spreadsheet of all the contractors and other real estate related resources that I have either used myself or that have been recommended to me by clients. Download Excel Spreadsheet

Mortgage Calculators - This web site includes several different calculators including a basic mortgage calculator and one that compares renting vs. buying. However, I recommend speaking with a mortgage broker to help you determine what rates and types of loans you can actually qualify for. VISIT SITE

Mortgage Broker - I highly recommend talking to Cecelia Tyeskey to help you figure out how much you want to spend on your home purchase and to get pre-approved for a loan. Cecelia pre-approved my husband and I when we purchased our house and also handled our refinance when the rates came down briefly this past fall. We had a great experience working with her.
