For sellers, I especially enjoy the process of getting the property ready to go on the market and developing a sales strategy that will achieve the highest possible sales price. On average, I sell my listings faster and at a much higher overbid than my peers, translating into more money and less stress for my Seller clients.

Because I am a member of Top Agent Network, a private online business community limited to the top 10% of San Francisco realtors, I have access to off market and Pre-MLS listings that I share with my Buyer clients to give them an inside edge on their competition. It also helps me effectively promote my Seller clients' properties to the top agents in the city before they hit the market, generating extra buzz and attention for my listings.

Leveraging My Business Background in Real Estate
Before selling real estate, I got my BA in history and art history from Tufts University where I graduated Cum Laude, and my MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and then worked in high tech marketing for many years. It’s wonderful to be able to leverage my successful business background and online marketing skills in selling real estate.
